Warranty 5 Stars! I had gone to other Toyota Dealerships about two warranty items, and had gotten so much run around, I was just dealing with it. I have been 5 Stars! I had gone to other Toyota Dealerships about two warranty items, and had gotten so much run around, I was just dealing with it. I have been driving an hour to get my oil changed at Riverside Toyota, because their service is far better than the other closer dealerships. This week I told them of my warranty nightmare, and within minutes of showing them the issues, the parts were ordered. They called and set an appt for the repairs for Saturday and the repairs were completed flawlessly. I’ll continue driving far, for the service they provide. More

I always come to the dealership because I purchased my vehicle here and even though I am a woman, the people who work here treat me like an intelligen I always come to the dealership because I purchased my vehicle here and even though I am a woman, the people who work here treat me like an intelligent human being, not someone they can run all over and recommend stuff to be done that I do not need. They are honest, up front, and pleasant and make practical suggestions, asking me before they do anything. The facility is comfortable and clean if I have to wait, but even without an appointment, I never have to wait more than about 45 minutes. The customer service people go out of their way to be pleasant and informative, I could go on and on!! More
