Are you going to forget to rotate the tires again? I went round and round with a busy schedule trying to find a way to squeeze in a time to get my vehicle serviced. Despite purchasing several new vehic I went round and round with a busy schedule trying to find a way to squeeze in a time to get my vehicle serviced. Despite purchasing several new vehicles from Riverside over the years, they were unable to help me with a loaner when my vehicle was to be worked on. On top of that, I had to take my vehicle back to them once I discovered the tires weren’t rotated. No apology, no discount, no free service for the following visit...therefore there will be no more visits. I’ve had bad service at places. Humans make mistakes. That’s generally when a company tries to make it up to the customer. Not this place. Will drive to another city before I risk going th Riverside in Rome again. More

Service Writer has been there for years and is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Service was performed correctly and timely. My only complaint is the outrageous price charged for the wipers. They were more than twice the price I would have paid at an auto parts store. More
