Booked an appointment about 2 weeks out to have car there at 9:30 because she had to be back at school an hour away for a commitment at a certain time. Went back at 12:00 had not started work said 2 more hours . Spoke to them at 3:00 still not done . Car was not finished until 4:40 which made my daughter late to her commitment. I realize that on that day we were not a "paying" customer but this was a Toyota thing and not us. My immediate family have purchased 4 brand new cars from this dealership since Sept of 2014 . I was not happy with being put on the back burner for this. If it could not be completed by 3:00 which is what I discussed when the appt was made I should have been told that at the time . We could have waited until her classes are over in a few weeks. Totally not happy More

Oil change I did not realize that as of January you needed to have an appointment for an oil change. The gentleman kindly explained the new rules, and still offe I did not realize that as of January you needed to have an appointment for an oil change. The gentleman kindly explained the new rules, and still offered to service my car. He was so kind. He explained that I may have a longer wait time (which was okay and understandable). I was blown away with the kindness everyone showed, and how quickly and efficiently they did their job. I will be back for another oil change! (With an appointment haha) More

We have had nothing but excellent service and we have never had a bad experience. Under the leadership of Clyde this department is simply the best service department in the State in our opinion. In fact, Clyde and Shay have been with us all these years, and we hope they never leave. They are the reason that we, and I would bet many others, would never consider having service anywhere else, or even purchase a car anywhere else. They know you by name and listen to you with nothing but respect and concern. Every person in the service department gives nothing but the best service and will come out and explain anything if you have any questions. While they will explain what you need and give you a call if they realize you need something more once they get into the repairs, we trust them so much they do not even need to do this, but being the professionals they are they go the extra mile. In short they are the BEST and the best sales tool the salesman have. More
