Trade In Toyota for Another Toyota I purchased a 2017 Toyota RAV4 in March of 2017 from Riverside and was very pleased with the process of my purchase and the employees who helped me. When I purchased the RAV4, I really wanted a Sienna Van. But at the time Riverside did not have a used one in my price range. So I kept an eye on their website and finally they had one. Just what I was looking for. I have always purchased White vehicles and the Sienna was white. Almost like it was put there on the lot for just for me. So I text the nice salesman that I dealt with on the purchase of the 2017 RAV4, explained to him what I wanted to do he said come on in and lets see if we can make this happen for you. So off on my 45 min. drive to Riverside we go. I was given a good and fair trade in and I left in the Sienna Van that I came for. And I'm loving it. I have bought and drove Toyota's since 1991 and I've never had any problems at all with any of the ones I've owned. I currently own 3 Toyota's now. 2003 Tacoma Prerunner I bought new on 2003, 2016 Tundra bought this new and now the 2014 Sienna Van. More

Every time I have the oil changed it takes 2 hours. I thought I could schedule a service to improve my wait time. My appointment was at 2:00 and to be honest I was 10 minutes late. This is the third time I have had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. More

An appointment means nothing. I made an appointment to have our airbags replaced because of a recall. Was there at 9:00 am our appointment time. My husband had to leave to go to work and I had to wait another hour for them to fix my car. More
