Appointment to check brakes. I had a 10am appointment to get my brakes checked. I arrived on time and waited until almost 12noon. Then was told they would be getting it next that I had a 10am appointment to get my brakes checked. I arrived on time and waited until almost 12noon. Then was told they would be getting it next that they had to get all the people that just 'showed up early this am". I'm still not clear on the appointment thing though? Anyway, they said new rotors and pads needed on front and would rotate the back ones and put new pads. I was not expecting well over a $600.00 bill. Needless to say we agreed to have it done and a 15% 'coupon' was found that brought it down to less than $600. Shay? was very professional and helpful and we always have a pleasant experience there. So, we will be back but, do we make an appointment or just show up? More

Prompt, courteous and professional service I purchased my Prius a year ago, but had not brought it in for service, as it has registered less than 2500 miles. I was diagnosed with breast cancer I purchased my Prius a year ago, but had not brought it in for service, as it has registered less than 2500 miles. I was diagnosed with breast cancer not long after I bought it, so it has only been driven to and from chemo and radiation treatments, visits to my many Dr.'s and an occasional trip to the grocery store. Because of the time factor, I felt it should be serviced, regardless of the mileage. The young man who greeted me agreed and said they would perform all of the service that is normally done at 10,000 miles. I asked him to investigate a disagreeable odor that has been a problem for several weeks and didn't respond to any of my attempts to combat it. He found 2 dead mice had somehow gotten inside the A/C filter and died. He changed the filter and put some deodorizer into the new one, and my car now smells fresh and pleasant. All of this was accomplished with a minimal wait time, and all interaction was courteous and professional. I couldn't be more pleased. More
