Monthly Oil Change Service - Highway Mileage The quality of the service department is very good. The STAFF are very friendly and very courteous to EVERYONE even though some customers I've witness The quality of the service department is very good. The STAFF are very friendly and very courteous to EVERYONE even though some customers I've witnessed did not deserve it. The knowledge of vehicles shown by the Service Writers is tremendous and much appreciated when trying to convey what a vehicle is doing or noises it may be making when describing the problem. Due to the work excellence of these individuals and the confidence the customers have placed in this dealership the service department has had to implement an APPOINTMENT ONLY policy. This is helpful on both sides in many ways but also a serious hindrance and hassle in others. We as customers can't always schedule oil changes, tire rotation etc. moreover our work/life schedule dictates when we have the time to "run" over to the dealership to wait our turn in line to have service work performed. If you make an appointment to have work done or a simple service call ask for SHAY WYNN. This Young Lady is such a bright spot in my day especially when I drive 38 miles one way from home to have routine service work done.. She's ALWAYS polite and has a smile on her face. She is Happiest whenever her return customers come by to say hello. Can't say enough polite and positive things about her. As for the 4-star rating - Well that is because of the new APPOINTMENT ONLY policy that was put into place. No e-mails were sent to notify customers ( I didn't receive one ) and no signage out front of service department either. Customers were showing up as I did and waiting in a long line only to be told that without an appointment we would be turned away and asked to come back. (NOT COOL) I hope BETTER efforts are made to inform customers about the new policy changes other that an 8 x 11 page taped to a countertop. -R Jones More
