Oil change I was in area, called to get oil change, they said I had to have appt. my low tire pressure light was in, I wanted to get it checked, the girl said I I was in area, called to get oil change, they said I had to have appt. my low tire pressure light was in, I wanted to get it checked, the girl said I had to have appt. to get that checked. I was at the dealer, pulled in to the bay while I was talking to her. The serviceman asked what I needed, I told him an oil change and tire pressure checked. Ther were no other customers there when I got there. He worked my paperwork up and began to service my car.. when my cat was finished, they set up another appointment for me, too far off. With me purchasing 3 cars, I feel that the service department is a no service department. I was then called the next day and a guy asked why I didn’t keep my appt. the very next day, I explained to him what happened, he cut me short an hung up. WOW!!!!! My husband took his vehicle elsewhere to have his oil changed and full service, and unless I hear different, I will also and then I am ready to change my vehicle and I may start going somewhere else because of this horrible experience.
