Tried to overcharge me So my car was towed over there because it had a Spark plug out of the engine. I was told they would try to reset the plug into the head. Got a call ba So my car was towed over there because it had a Spark plug out of the engine. I was told they would try to reset the plug into the head. Got a call back that they tried and could not and that it would cost a couple of thousand to replace the head. Had it towed over to Cartersville, it was fixed for $400 in less than an hour. And that works just fine. Kind of sad as I was seriously thinking about buying a used truck from y'all, but after seeing that the dealership didn't even try to fix this, like they said they had, decided to take my business elsewhere for the used truck. Was planning on spending approximately 39000, will now spend that $39,000 for another truck somewhere else. All because the service Department did not perform the work they said. Please let mr. Flowers know so he doesn't waste his time calling me anymore. He seem like a pretty good guy. More

Very easy in and out process I had just started searching for a new vehicle on a Sunday night and Monday morning I get a phone call from Pam and 3 other dealerships. She asked me I had just started searching for a new vehicle on a Sunday night and Monday morning I get a phone call from Pam and 3 other dealerships. She asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and the options I preferred. She said "I had one just come off the truck that morning and she could send me some pictures". I received the pictures and then we started the discussion of price. She was able to get the price including my trade in under the price I was willing to spend. Pam sent over the paperwork and I drove up there that same night. I was there at the most 1 1/2 hours and left with the new vehicle. My wife was very pleased with the new vehicle I must add. Thanks again for making this process enjoyable and not a hassle. More
