Disappointed in my last oil change appointment. Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and arrived ten minutes early, then told it would be 3pm before the car would be ready. I stressed the car had synthetic oil, when I went to pay the charge was for regular oil and the receipt they gave me, said regular oil. I questioned them but was told, they really did use synthetic oil, they just wanted to give me a discount. I appreciate the discount however the price of an oil change is the least of my problems, if regular oil was put in my car! I haven't had any problems having my car serviced at this dealership in the past. Now, they just gave me something else to have to worry about! More

Had one boo-boo that Riverside corrected Great oil change and new filters installed. Unfortunately, one filter was not installed correctly and it made a scary noise while I was driving home.
