Long wait You now require an appointment which I complied with. Mine was for 9:00 am and I was there on time. I didn't get my truck until 10:30. I would think with an appointment it would mean faster service and less wait time. I have purchased 8 vehicles from Riverside Toyota and up until now they have been serviced there as they are still in the family. If I experience another service like this, I will only be back for warranty. Very disappointed. More
