They offer Coffee, Tea and popcorn while you wait. They have nice sofa chairs and a TV. They also provide work cubicles if you have to do some work while you wait. More

Disappointed The visit was for tire rotation plus I needed to replace the original wipers. I was impressed with the quality so I waited to buy them from a dealer. The visit was for tire rotation plus I needed to replace the original wipers. I was impressed with the quality so I waited to buy them from a dealer. I told the service writer I wanted the best replacement which he said would be $20 each. When my car was moved back to his desk, I still had to wait another 10 minutes or so. Don't know why. When I went to pay the invoice, they were much less. I asked him why, he said that the ones I wanted would not fit. This made no sense to me. I asked him to explain but he kept saying they would not fit my car. I finally got him to admit that they were out of stock. Rather than discussing this with me, he decided to install the inferior ones. It tuned out that only the passenger side was out of stock but they had one 1" shorter than original. I opted for this. He wasted about 45 minutes of my time and left me unhappy about the experience. All he needed to do was discuss it upfront. More
