9 AM apt. Left at 10:30 I picked the wrong day of the week. Any day but Saturday would have been better. Awful to ok I purchased a new 2013 rav4 here and I have always driven an 1 1/2 hours to have it serviced at Riverside. I went yesterday and pulled up to the door I purchased a new 2013 rav4 here and I have always driven an 1 1/2 hours to have it serviced at Riverside. I went yesterday and pulled up to the door and a young man came up and asked me if I had an appointment, I told him I never have made an appointment he told me it would be the next day before they could get to it for the oil change, I told him I drove over an hour but he didn't care. I left and went to the nearby Wal-Mart I was so upset and called the dealership and asked to speak to someone in charge a lady on the phone was very nice she told me Clyde in the service dept was out but she would have him call me. I went to the local mall and Clyde called me and told me to have my vehicle there by 1 pm and they would fit me in, a little over an hour I had my service complete. When I went to pay the last two people I dealt with were very nice. The time before this I tried to trade my vehicle for a new rav4 but I was sold a bill of goods tried to sell me an xl when I wanted an xle because of the GPS. More

Shay in the service dept. Is awesome. Setting up appointments for oil changes is xx. When you call it takes 2 weeks to get in. Wait time for oil change is long. They do good work.
