Don't trust and verify My wife took our 2016 Toyota Highlander in for the 5000 mile tire rotation and informed them that she had a low tire. The service department said she My wife took our 2016 Toyota Highlander in for the 5000 mile tire rotation and informed them that she had a low tire. The service department said she was good to go. Before she got half way home the low tire light came on the dash which is a fair way from the service center. She took the car back again and told them once again and the tire was low and the treadwear was wearing down and they told her she still had about 4000 to 5000 miles left on that tire. When she left once again the tire low light came back on the dash. Again the problem was still not corrected. I would not let her drive until I had the tires replaced. I bought a new set of tires and had them check that one tire that kept getting low and with me standing there I seen as they did there was something in the tire which was the problem to start with. I took the car to have it serviced at the 25000 mile service and ask for the service manager and was told he was off but would be left a note to call me. I'm still waiting for that call. More
New appointment policy stinks. What is the point in having an appointment if it still takes over an hour and 15 minutes for a simple oil change? You used to have a policy where if it took longer then 30 minutes it was free and it was also a more reasonable price. Now it’s almost $40 for an oil change. That’s outrageous. More

Appointment pre made I have always had good service from Toyota, the only thing I have to fuss about is the way they are now making appointments in advance for your next o I have always had good service from Toyota, the only thing I have to fuss about is the way they are now making appointments in advance for your next oil change. I watch my mileage to know when to have my oil change so I really don’t want to make an appointment for 6 months out...also I wasn’t asked before this appointment was made what the best time for me was. It was just made. Not great communication, when I questioned it I was told they have to make appointments for everybody that I could just call and change it. If you are making an appointment for me to actually come back...shouldn’t you ask me what’s best for me instead of just sticking me in an appointment so you can say you did it??? More

Shay and Clyde are great while checking you in. They also make sure that the repairs are going as scheduled and keep you informed of changes. When finished they explain the service to help you understand the charges. They then send you off with a thank you. Who could ask for anything more. More
