Disappointed The cabin filter was checked with this service and the workers failed to put one of the covers to the filter back in its place. There were dirty finger prints on the leather on the door panel on the drivers side. Also, the spare tire was checked and the carpet was not put back in the proper place. I have had much better experiences in the past. More

Chivalry is dead. The customer service is ridiculously poor. I have been taking my Toyotas here for years and it just continues to go down hill. They are so arrogant its laughable. Are any of these people actually trained by Toyota or are they just friends and family who think they are above getting fired? They trick me into getting work done that is not needed or If they can't figure out a problem they deflect onto the costomer. One time I was told to drive there 20 minutes in a snow storm sure enough they closed the doors hours early and grumpily acted like I was in the wrong?! My family Now drives 6 Toyota cars and trucks. We don't mind driving out of town to Toyota Tech for much better customer service and pricing. I will be petitioning for Toyota Tech to come into Rome and compete for their business. More

Service Dept. has improved The service dept. has improved in the last year. The appointment only system has it's pro's and cons. The wait even with an appointment can be a little lengthy but I have never had to return back to have my vehicle re-serviced for any reason. With the volume this dealership does it would be an awesome addition if they had a courtesy car washing service offered. More
