55,000 Mile Service I’ve had every service completed at Riverside and they have always used a conventional oil every 5,000 miles. They used a synthetic this service with I’ve had every service completed at Riverside and they have always used a conventional oil every 5,000 miles. They used a synthetic this service without asking and charged $79. I was told not to come back for 10,000 miles since it was synthetic but the window service sticker said to come back in 5,000 miles. In addition, the last service I was told I would need replacement wiper blades. This time they did not bring it up and when I asked if I needed them the same guy that told me I would said they were fine and that he looked at them. He said they were not “streaking” when in fact they were streaking terribly. Lastly; an employee from the service center came into the space at the parts desk and proceeded to cuss at someone while on a personal phone call. The service has been going downhill in my opinion. Love Toyota’s... please fix this and trend the right way! More
