Question asked of service manager The used 2013 Avalon I bought from Riverside less than a year ago ( a car they sold new) has cracked and flaking vinyl on the driver’s armrest and on The used 2013 Avalon I bought from Riverside less than a year ago ( a car they sold new) has cracked and flaking vinyl on the driver’s armrest and on the cover of the console. I was told it would not be repaired or repalced under warrenty. This is their premier sedan! I expect better quality from Toyota. I owned a 2005 4Runner (200,000 miles) and still,own a 2003 4Runner (154,000 miles) and neither had issues with failure of the interior upolstery like the Avalon has shown at 84,000 miles. More

Riverside Toyota Service Center is GREAT! Riverside Toyota has always been positive, helpful and HONEST! Prior to dealing with service for my Toyota vehicles, I had a different car brand. Lo Riverside Toyota has always been positive, helpful and HONEST! Prior to dealing with service for my Toyota vehicles, I had a different car brand. Loved the car, but every time I went in for service I would leave with a large bill..even for routine things like an oil change. I was surprised when I got my first Toyota and my oil change was less than $30! More
