Very slow and unorganized I had an appointment at 2 and arrived at 1:55 pm. Sat in line to enter service bay 15 mins. One associate waiting on everybody and another one on phon I had an appointment at 2 and arrived at 1:55 pm. Sat in line to enter service bay 15 mins. One associate waiting on everybody and another one on phone. Other two were standing and gabbing. Oil change took one hour and 20 minutes. Ridiculous! I don't remember the guys name waiting on me, but he was very courteous but terribly busy trying to wait on everyone. More

Great deal and salesperson, horrible wait I drove to Rome from Augusta because I got a great deal. I was disappointed to wait over and hour and a half to sign 5 mins worth of paperwork. They were very apologetic and thanked me for my patience. Being a Saturday with college football on their TVs helped. I still had a positive experience and think this is a grwat dealership. They just need more folks to close deals. More

Furthermore, mutually agreed upon arrangements for payment and pickup of the vehicle were also resolved without delay. I arrived in Rome, Georgia, on Saturday, October 13. Mr. Don Davis met with me, fully explained paperwork associated with the sale, and provided me an overview of all features on the new vehicle. In addition, he provided me with his contact information, and requested that we contact him at any time should questions arise. He was outstanding! More
