Made an apt for 9:30 and still didn’t get out until almost 12:30. No point in scheduling an apt. My “advisor “ never even said one word to me. Idk if the maintenance is commission based like selling the cars and maybe a simple oil change wasn’t worth the time? They also tried to charge me $89.99 when their website said $39.99. It’s 2023 and dealerships still think women are idiots. We go for the oil changes because our husbands are busy sometimes to come themselves but you should never think we are stupid. Nissan, do better! The point of an online apt is to Give priority and not help walk ins before us. Riverside Nissan needs to do better! More

Never go to this dealership for servicing. Service at this dealership is too costly. For example a full synthetic oil change service at Corona Nissan dealership is $69.99, but this Riverside N Service at this dealership is too costly.
