Not happy Unsatisfied customer brought my car in for an oil change this morning went out of town for a couple hours came home barely made it into my driveway ch Unsatisfied customer brought my car in for an oil change this morning went out of town for a couple hours came home barely made it into my driveway check engine light came on not happy. with respect to how my car handled and drove before I brought it in I was very satisfied suspected I only needed a routine overdue oil change when I got an email that suggested another thousand dollars worth of work be done obviously with my husband already at the dealership talking to the service technician we declined. I'm hoping something just ain't getting tightened down properly. Now I have to take it back in on Monday to find out what's wrong. More

Service completed in timely fashion. They even washed my car and vaccuumed the interior. Honored my service coupon and gave me additional service @ n/c. They did not try to sell me additional services, but did offer reccommendations for future. More
