BUYER BEWARE! Shottenkirk Nissan/Riverside Nissan are a bunch of scam artists and dishonest! JT (think he’s gone), Tori the Finance Manager, and Sarah Kate are soulless snakes who will lie, cheat and steal from you! Sold me a 2024 Titan Platinum Reserve with 2,200 miles for $54,000. Was told it was Certified Preowned and a Nissan Fleet Vehicle. Complete lie! The truck had all the certified preowned stickers on the truck which Shottenkirk/Riverside, Shottenkirk Hyundai and Honda are still doing on NON-Certified vehicles! Got the truck home and found out it wasn’t certified and couldn’t get the hood to open! Called them to ask what to do, lots of xx and never got a call back. Truck sat in Nissan of Cumming for 10 days and was told it needed body work to align the hood. Estimates from collision shops for $2,000 to $10,000 to fix the front end. Had to get Nissan executives and USA all the way up to Japan to get involved and almost 2 months later the truck was replaced by Nissan. STAY AWAY! More

It’s pretty sad. My exhaust was broken. They didn’t notice it or they broke it and didn’t wanna tell nobody one way or the other it was in properly Handled don’t appreciate being a female walking into a man’s world and being automatically assuming that I’m stupid I don’t question you because I assume with a high dollar company you’re gonna do things the right way instead, I had to bring my vehicle back for the same problem several times kept just being told basically I feel like anyway that it was in my head when you let me leave with the broken exhaust I lose respect for you last time I brought it in made sure the exhaust was attached and didn’t move by the time. I got it home whatever they did to get it to stay up had fallen down when I called to ask about it they told me the equipment that was sent in the kit for the exhaust that they had broken a part and just found something to fix it with instead of properly ordering another part that would’ve fixed the part that they lost or broke whatever the case may have been the head guy in service is an xxxxxxx a coward and he tells you he’ll be right back goes to his office and hides until you have to send another person to his office to ask him for an update then has the other service manager or service guy handle you because he can’t come back out and handle you I showed a motion in front of this man and he ran to his office and talked to stale like a coward. I know there’s a lot of fraud going on in the world, but I’m a very honest woman just wanted my truck fixed right the first time and some honesty goes a long way. Thomas Frasure, the service representative, was responsive to my requested services, and we discussed any additional services/maintenance. expected. When the multi-point inspection was completed, he went over the report with me, and he recommended what future maintenance may be required. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. . Appointment was for 3pm. I got there at 2:35. They took my truck straight back and I was gone By 3:15 pm. Very quick service! Thank you! .
