The people were good, but the pricing is horrible compared to the previous Heritage Nissan. Charging the customer 3% for using a debit or credit card is a deal killer and I will get my car serviced e compared to the previous Heritage Nissan. Not very friendly. Made me feel that i was a bother. I made an appointment however when I go there I had not be scheduled. Ended up calling a co-worker to pick me up. Oh I was late for work. The issue/noise that I hear coming from my car is still there. I asked to replace the battery in my key pod and after having my car all day it had not been changed. I honestly feel that even though they kept my car all day I feel that it just sat on the lot. I would not buy a car there nor would I encourage any of my friend or family members to do so. Sooo disappointed. More
