Customer Service from "Service" Department Called @ service on July 25th, was told to bring in car by Yvette by 7:30am on July 27. Dropped off car and was told I would not hear anything until 7/29 or 7/30...I call on 8/1 after receiving no contact from your service department and am told--Yvette no longer employed and "she over promised." Wondering if it's normal practice to let work of "terminated or dismissed" employees get ignored, neglected, or forgotten? I no longer frequent All Star in San Bernardino due to very dismissive attitudes in the service department. Thought about giving Riverside a chance to prove that KIA service should not be the lowlight of my owner experience with this make of vehicle. This is my first KIA and thus far, service availability will be the reason I never purchase another. Mark Aiken and Mark Simpson, is this the ownership/management oversight I should expect in the future? More

Like cliche sleazy car salesman who will straight up lie over and over and used guilt and any other possible way to get you to make a huge life changing decision. Come to Riverside Kia and ask for Ben Hamed. He with the encouragement from his managers will dupe you into a bad deal and literally lie about the car, the deal and the benefits after. If you love to feel like a complete sucker be sure to come here! Plus ran my credit 3 times! More

My first issue was cared for at 45k the secound on the same malfunction happened at 66k and returned the car back to me . Now the third time 85k and they won’t fix the issue but it’s the same one that never got fixed ? How is this good customer care you never fixed the issue . The first time I was on the freeway the car disabled leaving me stranded . Secound time it disabled causing a car accident . The third time a month after the accident leaving me stuck again and now reporting a lemon they won’t accept that the car is unsafe . Causing me to have to get a lawyer ? Why can’t kia just settle and give me a safe car ! I love this car but hate that I feel unsafeand am so sad I can’t ever bring myself to buy a new one because kia motors does not take saftey serious !!! The car disabled 3 times !!!!! Does it really take someone dying or being seriously injured to actually care for this company ! Can’t believe national and the executive team doesn’t want to improve the image of safety . More

They promised a rental when my car needs service at any dealership. When I pulled up the guy at the computer pretended that I didn’t even walk in even tho I walked right up to him. I told him that I have a warranty issue with the car leaking lots of oil and he immediately said I can’t look at it for at least 3 days. I then asked for my rental like I was promised and he said that they have to diagnose the issue first and would have to wait 3 days. I wanted to set an appointment and was blown off and told to come back in 3 days or so. I’ve dealt with scumbag dealerships but this one takes the cake. Stay away from this place these guys are terrible and rude. More
Service department ripped off my daughter First charged her 320.00 for window motor but it still didn't work after they installed Then said it needed passenger switch, driver switch and regul First charged her 320.00 for window motor but it still didn't work after they installed Then said it needed passenger switch, driver switch and regulator for another 300.00. We picked up car and old parts. I tested motor and it worked perfectly. Service manager very rude and lied to me and said it common for all parts to go out at same time and when I tested motor it takes 5volts. I called 3 other Kia dealerships and they said that would be rare and the motor takes 12volts. Tried to get ahold of owner Mark Aiken but he refuses to call me back. The owner and the service manager are brothers. NNED TO GET A GROUP TOGETHER TO PROTEST AT THERE BUISNESS. WE MUST STOP THEM FROM RIPPING US OFF. More

I realized I was missing the items when I went to place my phone in my center console and it was empty! I called to speak to the service manager and he basically said I was lieng and nobody has ever complained about theft. So I am the only person right? Haha. Bottom line, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE THERE!!! More
Worst Car Buying Experience - Ever Over the past couple decades, my fiancé and I have purchased perhaps 15 vehicles and this was the absolute worst sales experience we have ever had. Over the past couple decades, my fiancé and I have purchased perhaps 15 vehicles and this was the absolute worst sales experience we have ever had. My fiancé and I wanted to purchase a reasonably priced additional small vehicle. We have excellent credit and are blessed to have comfortable cash reserves. In addition, I am a finance professional. We came in with an advertisement from the newspaper and asked them to match it. What they came back with was an offer that was more than 200% more expensive with an endless array of justifications. After extensive negotiation, their next offer dropped significantly but was still more than 100% over the advertisement. My critique is that Kia of Riverside, specializes in getting people into cars who have few other options. As a result, their sales personal and sales managers are used to having their way with an uninformed and somewhat desperate customer base. They will get people into cars - at a highly inflated price. Our salesman was a rookie, he knew relatively little about automotive finance and was therefore entirely irrelevant during the entire financial negotiation. The "sales manager" was much more versed in financial matters, however, his attitude grew increasingly agitated when he realized he was negotiating with someone who understood automotive finance. When it became apparent that he could not blind us with standard tactics, he next attempted to daze us with "Money Factors", "Residual Values" and "Factory Incentive Prioritization". When this didn't work, he resorted to a childish action of ignoring us. He said he had to go to his computer to quickly work out a number, and after waiting for him for over 20 minutes. I approached him in his office. His reply as to when he was coming to present his best offer, was that, ' he was too busy managing the rest of the sales department to return to present us with an offer.' Additional exchanges took place with another senior manager who would not identify himself and he became confrontational when he realized that we were leaving without purchasing a vehicle. We decided to just walk out and take our business elsewhere. After additional reflection, this was such a bad experience, we will no longer consider a purchase of the Kia Brand. More
