Worst dealership! Went by yesterday to test drive a Telluride and was refused. They said they do not allow test drives unless you want to sit down and go over numbers. Customer Service from "Service" Department Called @ service on July 25th, was told to bring in car by Yvette by 7:30am on July 27. Dropped off car and was told I would not hear anything until Called @ service on July 25th, was told to bring in car by Yvette by 7:30am on July 27. Dropped off car and was told I would not hear anything until 7/29 or 7/30...I call on 8/1 after receiving no contact from your service department and am told--Yvette no longer employed and "she over promised." Wondering if it's normal practice to let work of "terminated or dismissed" employees get ignored, neglected, or forgotten? I no longer frequent All Star in San Bernardino due to very dismissive attitudes in the service department. Thought about giving Riverside a chance to prove that KIA service should not be the lowlight of my owner experience with this make of vehicle. This is my first KIA and thus far, service availability will be the reason I never purchase another.
