Worst dealership ever. I bought my 2018 Kia stinger and I still have a sue bill open. They’re a joke. They never gave me the incentive on my stinger. I would give zero if I could, they bull***t people due to the fact that they are lazy to diagnose or work on your vehicle. I purchased a brand new vehicle and my Tech (Anthony) was telling me that my vehicle the fact that they are lazy to diagnose or work on your vehicle. The customer service here is HORRIBLE! I have called multiple times to reach the service dept. I am transferred, the phone just rings, receptionist keeps transferring, then after 10-15 minutes of the ph multiple times to reach the service dept. Was told they will send a message to service dept, After a week, still no contact. I tried to make an appointment online for service, the service I need is not on their list and says ask advisor. Can't get a hold of anyone to ask advisor. The parts dept is not any better. Made a purchase, was told they will call me when the part comes in. Went to cashier to pay and noticed the parts advisor put in the wrong phone number. Went back after I paid and told him he entered the wrong number. He stood there and said he would change it on his end but did not pull out the paperwork or enter the correct number in the computer. Not sure how they will call me when the part comes in when they have the wrong phone number that he didn't correct while I was there. This is absolutely the WORST dealership. So glad I did not purchase my car from here. And I would not have even made the parts purchase here but they can get it in quicker than my alternate choice so I was in a no win situation. But this will be the absolute last contact (or no contact since no one ever answers) with this dealership. I cannot believe that the owner is not aware of how their service dept cannot pick up a phone call. I worked for a dealership and we would never be allowed to let a phone ring more than 3 times, let alone 10 minutes straight. Hopefully someone will see this and look into it further and make changes. This is just highly unacceptable. More
The absolute worst service department and upper management I've ever dealt with. I dropped my vehicle off on 10/21 and my vehicle still hasn't been touched. I was told today that they don't have anyone to drop my car off to the paint shop. The management doesn't care about customer service. The ownership is aware of the issue with the service manager and they do nothing ! More
Totally unsatisfied customer. Stay away from Riverside Kia. On July 24, 2021 my daughter and I went to Kia for an advertised "Used Car". We opted to buy a used car (while she finishes school) from a deale Kia. On July 24, 2021 my daughter and I went to Kia for an advertised "Used Car". We opted to buy a used car (while she finishes school) from a dealership rather than from just someone off the streets, for warranty and reliability purposes. We were greeted by Isiah, your "typical" car salesman. After the standard haggling, we bought a Hyundai Sonata. We even purchased the "extra engine/transmission insurance". During the paperwork, we even received the Car Fax. I must say, the prior owner babied the car, 6 pages of service, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. What could go wrong right???? Wrong.... the last notation is Riverside Kia "Vehicle Serviced/Pre delivery Inspection completed". On Sept 26, my daughter calls my from the side of the 215 freeway, "Dad, the car just stopped". This is on a Sunday. The CHP has her towed off. On Monday she has the car towed to Kia, Frank "Floor Manager" says we don't deal with warranty. My daughter is upset and the tow truck driver tells her he will take her to Hyundai. After the diagnosis, they discover NO OIL in the car. The engine is seized. I talk to Isiah, who with a smart xxx remark, "You bought a used car, what you want me to do".. The "Extra" insurance doesn't cover negligence, i.e NO oil in the engine. Now, I will be honest, I have never checked the oil level when I bought a New or Used car from a dealership. I asked Isiah what we can do to fix this.. Basically he told me, your stuck with it, because it's a used car. I was quite upset, I said how about at least being compensated for the $396.42, for tow truck and new battery which had to be replaced. Isiah, who is just a salesmen, did try and bat for me and talked to Frank and showed him the receipts. Said "SORRY" nothing we can do to help you. I asked him, if Kia serviced the car, wouldn't they have at least checked the oil level, and of course the answer I was waiting for, "It's not my department". Talk about the run around. As for everything I have mentioned, it is documented from the Car Fax to receipts to the diagnosis from Hyundai, stating there was NO oil in the engine. I tried to resolve this the best I could, with NO results. I hope that no one will experience what we went through. It is truly disappointing. I guess Riverside Kia doesn't believe in customer service or a repeat customer. More

Worst car salesman in town! Went to inquire about a Telluride, heavy set man with a beard approached me and ask if he can help. He didn’t know any features of the vehicle except that they only sell it Telluride, heavy set man with a beard approached me and ask if he can help. Won’t visit this dealership again even though it’s only a mile away. Avoid this dealership or this salesman at least. I don’t think he’ll be working there in a month with that kind of sales attitude. They will do absolutely anything to get you in to buy a car, but treat you HORRIBLE once you do. I inquired about a 2021 Sorento. Their sales rep kept in touch with me and let me know when the one I was car, but treat you HORRIBLE once you do. I inquired about a 2021 Sorento. They didn't budge on the price, which we felt was super over MSRP.. and all other dealers had it less, but whatever. We were excited that they matched the price Carmax would give us for our trade in, so that saved us time. We bought the car, did the trade in the same day. 1 day later.. I contacted the sales rep and let him know that there was a whistling sound coming from the moon roof. It took 2 weeks of going back and forth and no one from service had contacted me. I finally got ahold of service, and they said my appointment would be 2 months out. I heard tons of excuses like, "we had a Covid outbreak" blah blah blah.. They told me to contact their sister store. I contacted the sister store in Pomona and they said they didn't have anyone who specializes in the moon roofs.. to call Ontario. I called Ontario and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I contacted KIA riverside and they told me to call San Bernardino KIA.. which is almost an hour from my house. I drove off the lot wirh 10 miles on my car.. I feel like they should have accommodated someone who bought a brand new car and 1 day later had an issue. I called riverside Kia again trying to get ahold of a manager the girl who answered said they were in a meeting, the next girl hung up on me. .. I finally talked to the manager Nino, who was sooooo disrespectful and RUDE and talked to me like I was a child. He had someone in the backround who knew exactly what the problem was, and they told me I needed to come in the next morning. I work and have a 4 month old, my daughter starts school at the same time they told me I could come in. They also said they would need to keep the car for a few days but would NOT give me a rental. Again, I work and have kids.. I still have not been seen or contacted by riverside Kia in regards to the issue. It's been over one month. Next, I am contacted by Wells Fargo for our trade in. 2 weeks after buying my car from riverside Kia. it had not been paid off. I kept trying to get ahold of Riverside KIA, and they said it would be budgeted in a week to be paid off. A month later, still nothing. My husband finally had to call and go off and threaten to show up there to get just a RESPONSE. And a month later, we had to finally make the payment before a late payment hit our credit. The payoff amount was only $5K... how does it take a month to get that budgeted when we just bought a brand new car from them. Everyone ignores us when we call. They said we will "get a call back" Their finance department said our payment will be due in May, but we still have not received any info on who even financed our loan!! The finance department said KIA is aware of this, and we won't be dinged for not making a may payment.. the SAME NIGHT our credit was run AGAIN!! It's been over a month and we don't even know who we are financing our car through.. there is nothing but credit checks on our credit report. I will neverrrrrrr go to this dealership for anything. I even talked to their sister store Pomona's Service Department and they were Shocked about everything going on. They said there is ALWAYS time put aside for people who have issues with a brand new car. The lack of respect, communication, and professionalism is unbelievable with this company. It is so disappointing. It's been such a terrible experience for myself and my husband at this point. And the sad thing is, it isn't over.. because nothing has been done for any of our issues going on. We had to make the payment for the trade in to avoid it dinging our credit. They said we will be refunded, but with the way things are going.. we aren't expecting it. More
