When selecting vehicles, we did not feel pressured to buy a specific vehicle. Instead, Lonnie allowed our wants and needs to guide our decisions and accommodated several test drives. During this lengthy process, the sales representative obviously has to run back and forth but continually checked in on us to ensure we did not feel forgotten about.
