Everyone at Riverside Chevrolet was a great help. I had been talking to Juan since April my Colorado and was not let down when the truck arrived! Maria Jimenze was TERRIFIC. Helpful, very personable and solution orientated. However, I was disappointed that when my vehicle was returned after replacing my Bolt battery per Helpful, very personable and solution orientated. I always appreciate he tells me what I need done on my next service and how much it will be. Being a single woman on a budget, I appreciate that extra courtesy. Anytime I have had a question, the service team checks out my concern, and a tech has come out to me personally, and either told me I was right about my concern, or why my car does that for safety reasons, and they’ve even made an adjustment or fixed it for free. Took My Silverado in for an alignment, did not have an appointment but was told it would be 1.5 hours before it could be done. I said O.K and I waited there at the dealership for it to be completed. There was free coffee and a few different places to hang out at and two snack machines. I also checked out checked out the new 2022 Silverado's, the new interior is amazing. My truck was done right on time as promised. The service tech did a perfect alignment and my service writer was great. More
Quick service on having a new FOB programmed, It took a much shorter time than I originally was told it might be. Cameron in service was great to work with.
