The service is always great. The new service bundles are way too expensive. I checked my past cost by following the suggested services and the new bundles have gone up so much that it's time to start shopping for better pricing. The service that I received in May for $1000.00 would be $1700 today. I have been a customer for a very long time and don't mind paying a little more for quality service, but it appears that the management needs to review their new pricing and decide if more profit per customer is worth losing the volume of customers. Your service writers do a very good job of taking care of the customers, but your pricing needs to be competitive with local shops. More
