He not only took the time to preview all the features of the car before I drove off (which I didn't expect since it was a pre-owned car), but also placed a follow-up call to me the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase. We found the vehicle that we wanted at a decent price, in excellent condition and with a reasonable warranty. 2014 Chevrolet Volt. Deluxe trim package. less than 20K miles. 12 month/ 12K mile warranty. $16,500. Anyone that has seriously considered buying a Volt knows that this is a good deal. David Cook and TJ Cochran were the Sales Professionals that helped us with our purchase. We have nothing but praise to offer for their assistance. Yes, after all, it is what they do for a living. But seriously, one of the main reasons we chose Riverside Chevrolet is because these two individuals were so easy to work with...in contrast to the majority of the other dealerships that we contacted. I can't imagine anyone retiring off of the profit from the sale of this used Volt. Regardless, David Cook and TJ Cochran went above and beyond to help us. They sent us detailed history information, recent photos, arranged for shipping, assisted us in purchasing a top-shelf Level 2 charger system at no extra expense and delivered the vehicle to our door the same afternoon that we decided to buy it...better results than Amazon! Just a note, we hired a third party to inspect the vehicle at the dealership and we also purchased a Carfax report. Both verified the condition and information that was provided to us by David and TJ. Results: My wife loves that car. It's very cleverly engineered, rides great and is in excellent condition.
