Dealership looks and operates as if it’s 1970. Servicing my Mach e felt like I was in the movie Back to the Future. I was never contacted, called, texted, emailed, about the cars status (supposed to take my Mach e felt like I was in the movie Back to the Future. I was never contacted, called, texted, emailed, about the cars status (supposed to take 2 hours) until I called the next day to inquire. I arranged the appointment online, via ford website, and requested shuttle service back to my home (4 miles). I was told they no longer provide this service. Ultimately they did come through with me driving home with a staff member to drive the car back. Arranging to be picked up the next day was also a struggle but did occur. The reason I chose this dealer was the convenience of living so close by. Go figure. Lastly. I brought the car in for the 4 recalls. Only 2 were completed being told I had to wait to the spring and warmer weather because it involved the glass roof and windshield replacement? I hope they both remain attached😬 More
