Very professional and great follow up I was a new customer to this dealer since I had more than a few terrible experiences with my previous dealership. The service writer called me a few I was a new customer to this dealer since I had more than a few terrible experiences with my previous dealership. The service writer called me a few times with updates on the work being done to my truck (warranty) and they even arranged a loaner car instead of me getting a rental even tho they didn't have to since my warranty covers rentals. After 2 visits (had to order parts) I am very happy to have found a dealer I can trust and friendly enough to work with. I will be visiting this dealer again next time I need service and the next purchase I make. More

The service used to be great. It is now poor at best. Brought my truck in for an inspection it passed according to Riverhead Dodge.About 4 months later my muffler fell off. Also while my muffler was being Brought my truck in for an inspection it passed according to Riverhead Dodge.About 4 months later my muffler fell off. Also while my muffler was being repaired they noticed one of my shocks was rotting off the truck. Aren't these things on of the first items to look at for a New York Inspection! They also found about a half dozen other items that should have been noticed by Riverhead Dodge. It is my opinion that they never even did an inspection at all,but charged me for it. Riverhead Dodge has become complety incompetent. More

Worst customer service; will never return I sent 3 online requests from their own website to schedule service on a new 2014 Ram (5,000 miles) and all went unanswered. I then decided to call I sent 3 online requests from their own website to schedule service on a new 2014 Ram (5,000 miles) and all went unanswered. I then decided to call two week after the first online request and had the displeasure of speaking to a Frank. He proceeded to cut off my request before I even got the words out and said the first available appointment was two week out. He dismissed the online requests saying no one has time to review them and he only has 4 techs unlike other places that have 15 so sorry but 2 weeks is the best I can do. My recommendation to the dealership, Hire employees that will bring you business not chase them away. More
