From TJ & Rocco in Sales to Kathy & Frank in the Service Dept, all have been exceptional!!! Good prices, great product, superb mechanic service! All are great in Customer Service & mean what they say. I've dealt with many new Car Dealerships & their Service Departments & NONE compare. They will only service what is needed & will never try to sell you more like all the others. Your car is finished when they say it will be. One time an unexpected repair came up which they would need my car overnight & they gave me a loaner car until the next day. Riverhead Dodge is the first Dealership I dealt with that I actually trust!!! The are the exception to what car dealerships have become. Positive Enjoyed working with Jane, Mike and Sean. They went out of their way to meet our requirements. We opted for the Terrain over the NIssan Rogue and th Enjoyed working with Jane, Mike and Sean. They went out of their way to meet our requirements. We opted for the Terrain over the NIssan Rogue and the Subaru Outback. The only recommendation I would have for GMC as a whole is that the corporate website be updated. The Nissan website had a feature where you could do side by side comparison of competitor vehicles. Their site offered the MSRP and pertinent vehicle features. Probably saved a bit of time with the sales associates since I already had the basics outlined. More

The service used to be great. It is now poor at best. Brought my truck in for an inspection it passed according to Riverhead Dodge.About 4 months later my muffler fell off. Also while my muffler was being Brought my truck in for an inspection it passed according to Riverhead Dodge.About 4 months later my muffler fell off. Also while my muffler was being repaired they noticed one of my shocks was rotting off the truck. Aren't these things on of the first items to look at for a New York Inspection! They also found about a half dozen other items that should have been noticed by Riverhead Dodge. It is my opinion that they never even did an inspection at all,but charged me for it. Riverhead Dodge has become complety incompetent. More
