Bad service Many reasons. Poor communication, misdiagnosis, often leave loose, damaged and or missing items under the hood after service. Extremely long wait time Many reasons. Once I brought the car in for a gas cap light they said it just had to be replaced and they charged me an additional $160 to diagnose it. Worst part is that a week later the car gave me the gas cap light again. I could no longer return after last visit. In which they told me to bring my car in Saturday morning to replace break pads i got there before they even opened. Left the car at 9am. i received no communication so I called around 1pm and they told me they would call me back. They call me at 2:30 to tell me that no work had been done and that I had to return on Monday. They also charge higher prices than other dealers to diagnose your car. More

Inspection sticker I purchased my vehicle at the Boston RD location, when i went for service I waited the entire day for a car detail. I went ahead and changed the location to service my car. I performed two oil changes at your location and had a great experience. I am extremely dis-satisfied because I booked an apportionment for 10:45 am for an inspection sticker. I checked in and left your location 2 and half hours later, to add insult , five people checked in and where serviced immediate. If you have an option to set up an apportionment, please stick to it because I planned my day not to be in a dealer for a simple inspection sticker and have five other customers check in and get serviced before me. More
