Worst experience and worst purchase in my life they totally ripped me off by selling a defective vehicle as in great condition, ended up spending over $1000.00 dollars in repairs. Stay away - horrible place! Riverdale Chrysler is a fraudulent company. We left our car there one year ago for a simple factory recall, one week after buying it. While our car wa Riverdale Chrysler is a fraudulent company. We left our car there one year ago for a simple factory recall, one week after buying it. While our car was in their possession, they had an accident with it and smashed the right side of the car completely. After that, our nightmare with them started. They said they would need to keep the car for seven days in order to fix it. After we argued with them for a long time, eventually they provided us with a rental car for that time, confirming that they would (obviously) cover the rental and everything related. When we got our car back from them, it was not completely repaired and there were still some problems which they refused to fix to this day. The main issue is that now, we received a message from Hertz that the bill for the rented car was NOT covered. It's been almost a year since then and they haven't paid it yet. We tried to reach them, and eventually did, they claim that they paid the bill, but REFUSE to show us the receipt or any proof of payment. They have been difficult since the beginning, it is a nightmare to work with them - we spent so much time and energy for something that we didn't even cause - THEY messed up our car and then made it extremely difficult to at least fix what THEY did. I would like to specify that the people we have been dealing with are Jose Gomez, from the service department, which at least tried to make it better but couldn't quite do that. The problematic person in this whole ordeal is the service manager, Guadalupe Munoz. I have never received worse service than anyone in the world. She is disrespectful to her clients and unable to do her job properly. I am very surprised that she is even in this position in the first place. Bottom line - Stay away from this place, it will be a nightmare for you! More
