Interesting at best. Not happy with service The greatest concern is how do we know if the service actually completes service as per Jeeps mandates. My visit was for oil change as per car, ins The greatest concern is how do we know if the service actually completes service as per Jeeps mandates. My visit was for oil change as per car, inspection sticker and recall midifixatios. As I was driving, the oil change lifht came on. I called costomer service and asked if this nirmal.for 2018 Jeep. The representative stated the service team did complete oil change but may have overlooked resetting message. They said tap break 10 times to reset dash. We checked oil level after the engine cooled down, oil was checked and discovered oil change was not done. The goal is to go to Jersey City Jeep for service the team there are professionals. More
