I was hearing some unusual sound coming from the rear of the vehicle & the service team was able to pin point it to a bent bumper guard attachment that was hitting the undercarriage of the vehicle whenever i hit a bump. My experience during the sales process was terrible. I bought a Jeep and traded in another. Freddy promised that I would receive the check for my trade in within 30 days, and it took more than 65 days. He would not return my calls and would leave me unclear as to where my check was. Stanley was better to deal with, he has more empathy and comes from a place of understanding. Stanley ended up resolving the issue after many visits to the dealership. I also emailed Bobby Albert, and he didn’t reply. For service. The first oil change took 4 hours and the second one took 3 hours. Terrible.. especially for a simple maintenance job. I was even told to arrive by 10:30, via text, only to have to wait two more hours. Why text me to return before 10:30 to only make me wait until 1pm? This doesn’t make any sense. A quick summary- but I won’t be buying a car from this location, again, or servicing it either. FYI- the sales manager also made the sales woman very uncomfortable. I sensed the tension between the two of them and she mentioned that he makes her uncomfortable. More
Wait was too long I went in for my first oil change and had a slight creaking with the wheel. I showed up to the dealership at 7:30AM and didn't leave until 1:30PM. Around 11AM, I asked one of the gentlemen if there was any update on my car, and their response was "We haven't looked at your car yet, we're still working on cars from last night. On top of that, I was told my car had a recall on it. Two hours later, the dealer said "my car wasn't part of the recall" and they would not fix the issue. 2 weeks later in the mail, I received a card from Jeep saying my car needs an immediate fix due to a recall, and I now must go back to the Service center to fix my issue. I will not be returning to Riverdale for this. More
Poor customer service I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Call of duty edition to the dealership numerous times to tell them that the manual transmission is popping out of firs I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Call of duty edition to the dealership numerous times to tell them that the manual transmission is popping out of first gear when it’s already engaged. They advised me every time over the past 3 years that there was no problem and they cannot replicate the issue. The shifter broke off and I brought it in to be repaired, they changed it with a different one and it kept rattling. So I brought it back to get that corrected and they said “the transmission kicks out in first gear, but you’re no longer covered by the warranty so you need to call Chrysler to dispute it” 3 weeks later Chrysler didn’t do anything to assist and the dealer charges me $149.99 plus tax for a diagnostic fee on a trouble I’ve told them about for 3 years. When I disputed the fact that they didn’t do anything to diagnose the trouble other than drive it into the bay they refused to hear my argument and insisted I pay. The entire experience has made me decide to trade in the vehicle and get a different car manufacturer’s vehicle because this is the poorest customer experience I’ve ever had in my 30 years of driving. More
