experience of service This spot is small but very helpful. Hector was the first one to help me when I pulled up and my car would not move again sue to a tech issue. Long wait I arrived around 930 and didn’t leave until 2pm. It was a long wait to get an oil change and 4 new tires. The staff is pretty awesome though. Service rear door latch. service went downhill been back three times and each time it gets worse because i should not have to keep coming back,. I regret not shopping around my options more. Furthermore these surveys are rigged because if i say anything less than stellar it will get scrutinized and rejected for posting. So, here it is, my last survey before I put these in spam folder. Service has gone down hill each time.. I've received snide comments from employees about me coming back a lot. I do not name names. I'm not here to satisfy dealer raters criteria for my personal subjective review of this dealership. Just know, I have no desire to conduct any additional business with this dealership due to their poor service and bad employees who make snide comments at me. More

A memorable experience, for the wrong reasons. This dealership has some good people working for them and others that are completely incompetent. My experience during the sales process was terrible. I bought a Jeep and traded in another. Freddy promised that I would receive the check for my trade in within 30 days, and it took more than 65 days. He would not return my calls and would leave me unclear as to where my check was. Stanley was better to deal with, he has more empathy and comes from a place of understanding. Stanley ended up resolving the issue after many visits to the dealership. I also emailed Bobby Albert, and he didn’t reply. For service. The first oil change took 4 hours and the second one took 3 hours. Terrible.. especially for a simple maintenance job. I was even told to arrive by 10:30, via text, only to have to wait two more hours. Why text me to return before 10:30 to only make me wait until 1pm? This doesn’t make any sense. A quick summary- but I won’t be buying a car from this location, again, or servicing it either. FYI- the sales manager also made the sales woman very uncomfortable. I sensed the tension between the two of them and she mentioned that he makes her uncomfortable. More
