Good experience overall We agreed on terms for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S, we had to wait until the next day in order for the vehicle to be delivered. We found ou We agreed on terms for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S, we had to wait until the next day in order for the vehicle to be delivered. We found out the day of pickup that the vehicle was delivered to the dealership with the windshield wiper control panel stick that attaches to the steering wheel column was detached. After trying to convince us accept the vehicle as it was, and return a couple days later to have a new control stick (claimed the replacement part would be delivered in 2 days) installed, we persisted to only accept the vehicle in full working condition. The next day, we received a call and were told that the replacement part was on back order for 3 months (THANK GOODNESS WE DIDN"T ACCEPT THE VEHICLE AS IT WAS!) The dealership told us they would find us a replacement vehicle and claimed that it would have all of the same features as the originally agreed upon vehicle window stickers would match. After reconfirming beforehand that everything was the same (Hard top package, hard top liner, dark gray rims, tech package, and side steps) we returned to the dealership to finish the deal. When we saw the vehicle we saw that it was missing a couple of features that we had on the other vehicle (hard top liner and rims), we waited another several hours to have them install the rims we originally agreed upon (our agreed upon monthly price increased by $15 as they insisted they couldn't get us the same car for the same price even though they promised they would. As for the hard top liner, they placed it on order and we would have to return and have it installed by service. With all that said, It was a good experience overall. Jose Soto did an amazing job to make sure we got the car that we wanted, configured the way we wanted it. Although we had several hiccups and inconsistencies (out of his control), he went above and beyond to make sure we ended up happy. Jose sets the perfect example for how a dealer should accommodate a customer's needs. More

Terrible workmanship I brought my car in for an oil change and regular maintenance. Upon completion I drove the car for a week and the check engine light came on. I return I brought my car in for an oil change and regular maintenance. Upon completion I drove the car for a week and the check engine light came on. I returned the car to them and the said they fixed the problem. After about 3 or 4 days the light came on again. I again was told to bring the car in. I never did bring it in again. Instead I trade it in for a new car.... and it wasn’t a Jeep ! More
