3 Visits and still not fixed I took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler to the service center because there was water accumulating on the driver side of the vehicle and after 3 attempts the pro I took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler to the service center because there was water accumulating on the driver side of the vehicle and after 3 attempts the problem is still not resolved. Every time I took it back I was told they needed to put more and more seals and the water is still there. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with the service reps so your best bet is to go in person, which can be an inconvenience for many. I just want my vehicle fixed but trust me I will not recommend anyone here. More

Quick n serice explain Jose explain to me very clearly about the 45, 000 miles service on my vehicle n it was ready in 3 hrs.. I was there at 7:30am and was out by 10:15 am. Poor service I came in early morning at 9 am and It still took over 2 hrs to change engine oil . This is called quick service ? Jeeps sell themselves (lucky for this dealership) The dealership feels like a greyhound station. It’s dirty and loud. No refreshments when they keep you there for 5 hours for a simple transaction. I found the Jeep I was looking for for awhile which is the only reason I stuck around... and the saleswoman, Nellie, was sweet but had no support from her team. The manager was not welcoming, he was pushy and uncouth. The finance manager was grumpy and clearly didn’t want to be there. He was not helpful in explaining his procedure. They handed the car off to me with an empty tank of gas and 1 key saying I could call and have them make another key, but they never pick up or return calls. Anyways- I rarely leave reviews, but hopefully this helps them. More
