Customer service Someone told me once “why you buying a car from the Bronx” and I understand what they meant now. I’ve been trying to buy a car from them for about 3 w Someone told me once “why you buying a car from the Bronx” and I understand what they meant now. I’ve been trying to buy a car from them for about 3 weeks now n the car is still in “service” I told them great I’ll put a down payment so the car is mine they told me no don’t worry about it when is out of service we will call u immediately. Every time I call to check on the status no one knows what’s going on. My wife called and asked about the same car and they told her to go in for a test drive (after they told me the car was mine so why are they trying to sell it to someone else). They took the add off cars.com but left it everywhere else in the world which I must say was very lazy of them to do. If the car is sold they can just tell me instead of trying to get me into a lease. I know what I want so if you don’t have it don’t waste my time when I can be looking for the same car somewhere else. I’ve tried multiple times to put a downpayment on the car. I even went to in for a test drive to find out the car was not there. Instead they tried getting me into another car. I then called a few days later asking to speak to the GM and of course he was not available. I don’t know why this place is even open for business. Do not waste your time there cause money comes and goes for everyone. These people will waste your entire life just to get a few bucks. The amount of disrespect that I feel towards the dealership is unexplainable all I’m trying to do is purchase a car n they want to littleraly lie in my face and give me the run around for what? To get me into a lease lol this is ridiculous If there was a way we can shut down this dealership we should. It doesn’t even have 4 star rating and over 300 people have left a review. They can't be trusted My lease was almost up and I got calls everyday asking me to bring in my jeep so that they can buy it back early. They said they would pay the remaini My lease was almost up and I got calls everyday asking me to bring in my jeep so that they can buy it back early. They said they would pay the remaining payments and I could get into a new car with no money down and similar monthly payments. When I got there they inspected the jeep and said there was $2800 worth of damage. No way that was true. I believe it was a scare tactic. They showed me a beautiful car but I had to put $5000 down and my payments were $80 more per month. I only had $2500, so they opened a credit card account for me to cover the remainder. I kept asking what is the interest and the said they don't know but if I pay it off in 6 months there is no interest. I found out after the fact that the interest rate is 27%. I also found out that they didn't pay my final payment and when I called, I was given the run around, phone not answered and hung up on. As of the writing, the last payments still hasn't been paid and it is past due. Needless to say I am not at all satisfied with the experience I had. I have a new car and I should feel happy but due to the way I was treated I am experiencing buyers remorse. More

But then I tried Riverdale Chrysler Jeep and what a difference! Excellent fast service. Jose the service rep knows his stuff. Now I don't regret buying my Cherokee. I rarely leave reviews but I know how difficult it is to find good honest fast service. Thanks Riverdale Jeep for bringing peace of mind back into my life. More
