Communication needs work Dealership needs work on customer service and needs more staff, other than that they’re not that bad. Albert Pico, the service supervisor Albert is really a good listener and professional in his career because I had given up to back out from Chrysler and move to other company dealer. I feel very comfortable since I met Albert because he always try his possible best to make sure the service on my car is excellent. NOTE: The last repair was not successful on my car that cost over $6,000 to fix, I went back and reported to Albert, he asked the mechanic to look into it and correct the problem, but still the car always bang each time is shifted to reverse mode. « I shall appreciate if the management can please look into it. I am not comfortable driving this car. « PRO. Albert Pico is a good person and he always do his best to address my car service need. I will still go back to Albert as long as he’s still at Riverdale because he is the only service person who meet my need among other Chrysler dealership. More

Super fast and friendly assistance by Jose I have a jeep cherokee 2017 that I bought from the same dealership. I saw my engine light on last week. I was pretty shocked as it was only 34k miles. Took it to them and jose welcomed me from the front desk. He had the car checked by specialist and let me knew that it was only a coil which he was going to replace right away. And it literally took 15 minutes. I was relieved and happy to get my car back within 20 minutes. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Jose was really dedicated and helpful. I appreciate it. More

Security please! My Jeep Grand Cherokee was left outside after being serviced with both front windows wide open and the FOB in the cup holder. You just don't do that. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was left outside after being serviced with both front windows wide open and the FOB in the cup holder. You just don't do that. And please at least roll up my windows in case it starts snowing again. Also, the sticker left on my windshield recommended being serviced for an oil change again in 3,000 miles. According to Jeeps owner's manual the oil should be changed within 1 year or 10,000 miles. Even the guy at the front desk told me I should have it changed every 6,000 miles or 6 months which is still inaccurate. He went as far as telling me not to follow my Jeeps oil life algorithm (at 41%) because it was a 2015 and didn't take in to consideration time (xx) and that my oil (pure synthetic) would begin to coagulate if I waited longer. HA! xxx Where do you get these guys? More
