Pleasantly Surprised!! The dealership was honestly amazing. It was my first time ever buying a car and they were so patient with me and made sure that I left with the best d The dealership was honestly amazing. It was my first time ever buying a car and they were so patient with me and made sure that I left with the best deal ever. My car literally died of a bad transmission 2 hours prior to walking into the dealership. Me and my boyfriend walked into that dealership about 1 hour before it closed desperate for a new car and everyone made sure that I received just that. Freddy walked us through every step of the process, explained to us all the paperwork, and even helped me get a quote with State Farm. Since we came so late, I had to come back the next day to talk to the finance department and pick up the car. When I came back the next day, he was so nice that he even got me and my friend some lunch. He had a very good knowledge of the different models of Jeeps and took his time to show us the different colors and the different specs each one had. Travis Wyche was very pleasant and understanding of my situation. The finance department tried their best to give me an amazing deal and that’s exactly what I got. The gentleman that worked with me signed me up for the Jeep credit card which came in handy when it came down to making a down payment and now it’s my everyday card for gas and other necessities. I sincerely thank Freddy, Travis, and the finance department for working with us. That Saturday I left the dealership with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and a pleasant experience of Riverdale Chrysler Jeep. Overall, we had a very good experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and I would go back to them when it’s time to upgrade to the Grand Cherokee. More

Horable over the phone , but ok after you meet them in perso My experience wasn't good at all. I know and understand that vehicle parts go bad and sometimes it takes time to fix or get the parts . But there first question to me was , did I buy the vehicle from there obviously, no. So when they checked for the part they needed for my vehicle it was on back order . They couldn't give me a definite time to get my car back , which I still understand that , but when I asked for a loaner car or something for me to get around in all they said was sorry all our cars are out for 3 weeks so we can't help you. Long story short I called the Chrysler corporation and magically the part appeared the next day. I wonder why???? More
