They used old bait and switch trick, they advertise the Chrysler for $29,000 but increase it to $40,000 with fees. After they had taken the $5,000 from my account they said I would have to bring in $20,000 additional, making the total down payment $25,000 this is not acceptable. They gave me no sale agreement showing the cost and fees, nor did they give me anything with the financing terms. I had requested a refund of my $5,000 deposit and have not heard back from them. Currently unhappy with the experience. After waiting for 7 hours and getting a run around on the inspection, i was told that during the initial inspection the “inspection light came on and so they had to dr 7 hours and getting a run around on the inspection, i was told that during the initial inspection the “inspection light came on and so they had to drive it to figure out the problem” the next day the store manager called me and informed me that the vehicle passed inspection and that I could purchase it if I was still interested. I purchased the used car on Wednesday 10/19/21 and the check engine light came on the same day. Not feeling confident about the purchase or the transparency of the dealership. Would not recommend this dealership at this time. Waiting on a update on what’s wrong with the car. I’ve spent considerable money on the purchase but have no car at this time as it had to go back for servicing already (10/22/21). Additionally, the finance person Brian Diaz advised me that once I drove the vehicle out of the dealership I couldn’t cancel the purchase and so I had to sign the decline to cancel agreement if I intend to take the car on date of purchase. Do not do that and don’t trust their advisement. Shop other dealerships. More
