I came into Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram to get an oil change. A staff member by the name of JC was able to take care Of that for me on that same day. he also diagnosed my vehicle and we found out I h oil change. I am grateful that he did that because I was unaware of the issue. He worked with me to find a quick solution. JC was able to schedule me in to resolve the issue. The Service center resolve the issue in a timely matter, as well as informed me of every step of the way. He kept in touch and updated me daily.
