Total experience was topped off with a free car wash. Spent about 90 minutes at the dealership. I highly recommend Rivera Toyota and their service pros. More

Extremely bad service, not worthy of our time! Dropped off the car on a Thursday and no calls received on the status of the car by Mid Friday. My husband has to call in the afternoon and was inform Dropped off the car on a Thursday and no calls received on the status of the car by Mid Friday. My husband has to call in the afternoon and was informed that the car will not be ready until closing time. We decided to pick it up the next day. We're first in the door at 8:30 am, excuses received from the front desk... Someone called in sick, we don't have any staff to complete the job... More than an hour later still waiting for the car. Pretty bad for busy people, has to find another dealer!!! More
