The service people at Rivera Toyota treat my car and care for it as meticulously as I do. I always get the latest news and views on car talk. The atmosphere can't be beat. Fresh bagels and coffee. Great view with big windows. Zippy wi-fi. I'd have to think hard to figure out a way to make this better. Always a pleasure to visit. So comfortable - you won't want to leave. Highly recommended. Taking the vehicle back to Rivera for the service and multipoint inspection was a great decision - never thought an oil change could be such an enjoyable experience. Jose was welcoming upon arrival and then Mark walked me through the process of what would happen with the Rav4 - oil change, multipoint inspection, vacuum and car wash. While the services were happening, the waiting room provided beverages, TV and wifi. Upon completion of the services, Mark explained each inspection item and I left knowing my vehicle was in good condition and ready for the miles ahead. More

Mark and Jose were as friendly as can be and at 8am when you've been up with two kids since 5am it was greatly appreciated. More
