There were 3 guys sitting at a desk. I asked if they had any used Escapes and they said no. Didn't get up, didn't do anything. Okay then. On to the next dealership. More

My reason for rating this salesman and dealer so high are many. The salesman always for one tells me when it is advantagous for me to buy a new vechicle. in other words when I will get the most return for my many. The salesman always insists that I test drive several different vechicles to see the differences. The service part of River Oaks Ford has always been top notch either by telling me to stick around it won't take long to offering me a ride home, calling me and coming to get me if the process takes awhile. They were able to get the car I wanted in a reasonable time. I felt they were interested in my satifaction. The saleperson(Skip) knowledge of the car and in getting the right price was helpful.
