River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L which was advertised on their internet site as having 862 miles. We spoke to the GM and he said it was like new and explained that a doctor needed a car t was advertised on their internet site as having 862 miles. We Trusted what he said and stupid me never looked at the Odometer. The paperwork I signed also noted it had 862 miles on it. Come to find out the Jeep has 2860+ miles on it! False advertising! They Falsified the miles on the Application for Texas Title and Registration too. When we confronted the GM he said Oh sorry, come in for a free oil change! Unbelievable deception going on here at this dealership. I would not pay same price for a car that had 2800+ miles on it versus one that has 862 miles. Do NOT buy your car here or any Helfman dealership! Be warned they are liars! More

Been trying since latter part of May 2021 to get battery cover for my Grand Jeep Cherokee Summit. I've talked to Jared, Mark (sales manager) and today Derrick. Mark was going to call me back first part of N cover for my Grand Jeep Cherokee Summit. I've talked to Jared, Mark (sales manager) and today Derrick. Mark was going to call me back first part of November and Derrick was going to call me right back this morning at 9:30 am...it's now 3:45 pm...no phone call. Derrick went as far as to say jeep didn't have battery cover??? Really, battery under front seat passenger seat has no cover??? My 2015 jeep had one. There is not a person at that dealership, so far, who has kept a commitment made to me. The actual sale went fine..no hiccups there...all I want is a battery cover for my battery...but, evidently, that is a pretty big deal. Before you buy, go over vehicle with a fine tooth comb. Very disappointed in response since sale. More

I purchased a used Jeep Rubicon. I can't say enough good about how I was treated. My salesperson was Randy Novosad, a long time employee at River Oaks. I took the vehicle for a test drive. I did not feel under any pressure to complete the purchase. After making my decision to purchase, I made an offer that I believed was appropriate. My offer was accepted. I completed part of the paperwork online. Upon arrival at the dealership to finish the purchase, Randy accompanied me to the finance department where I met Ray Edmund, Finance Director. Ray processed the "paperwork" electronically and did not attempt to add anything I didn't need or request. The finance process went very smoothly. I also met briefly with Tony Valerio, the accessories Director. All in all, I had an excellent experience at River Oaks used vehicle department. I would highly recommend contacting Randy Novosad if you are looking for a used vehicle at River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More
