Too many stars Had steering box and pitman arm replaced under warranty on my lifted wrangler only to have the pitman arm ne Recommend NOT going here! Too many stars Had steering box and pitman arm replaced under warranty on my lifted wrangler only to have the pitman arm nearly fall off a month later while driving. Prior to even bringing in I asked and was reassured that the lift WOULD NOT cause an issue with any warranty claims. Brought it back in and they only "retorqued and put loc-tite on". Should have diagnosed to see if damage was done to either part, which could have been replaced under parts warranty. Had to bring back again because it was (and still is) all over the road and steering wheel leather was cut (2nd time) from alignment tool. Was told to wait for new steering wheel to come in and they will address both issues then. Part took months to come in and each week I called to check and inform them the issue is only getting worse. "yeah yeah we'll take care of it just wait for part (vince)". I dropped off when it finally arrived . I went to pick it up and steering wheel was at 1 o clock. Called Vince the next day I asked how he could say that was good since it used to have a centered wheel and go straight down the road. "Well you want a centered steering wheel or want it to go straight down the road, you cant have both". I was speechless. Tried blaming it on lift which is is exact same size as mopar lift which DOES NOT require an longer pitman arm. So again I had to bring back. A week later I called because I had not yet been updated. "Oh its been done for a week, I tried calling you " which is absolute BS. They claim there was a mix up with the numbers when they had my number since I had provided videos of the issue. Said all they did was re do the alignment. So went to pick it up and had the service manger at the time, Vince, go for a ride with me. Let go of the wheel and vehicle pulled enough to change lanes. Asked if they check steering box and his reply was "No there was no reason to since it was torqued and loc-tite wont come off" to which I questioned why it came off in the first place if it torqued and loc-tite the first time. "uh................well this is an updated loc-tite" more BS! Vince said if you can get the alignment better just do it and I will reimburse you. Well Vince is no longer there. Found that out when I called to let him know alignment is not the issue. Well I wrote an email to new service manager, since calls aren't being returned. Did not receive a response to that email until I fwd that email to the dealership owner. Same day I had a voicemail from Conner (NEW SERVICE MANAGER). Left multiple voicemails since with no response. Problem is still there and is only getting worse. This has been going on for months and I have given them multiple opportunities prior to leaving a bad review. This will be copied and pasted everywhere I can. Again, months and multiple chances were given to fix the issue. Nice to know there are 2 jeep meets coming up that will have hundreds of attendees so I can spread the word. More
I contacted the service department in regards to warranty work. They promptly scheduled an appointment, set up a loaner car and had my vehicle returned to me in four days. I was very happy with the addon's installed by the service dept. I really appreciated that they allowed me to bring my truck in earlier than the agreed upon appt time because of the upcoming snowstorm service dept. I really appreciated that they allowed me to bring my truck in earlier than the agreed upon appt time because of the upcoming snowstorm. The ladies in the service dept were so nice and made me feel at ease. My new truck is amazing! Lastly, I want to say few words about my salesman, Randy Celaya. Whether he knew it or not. This was one of biggest purchases I would make ever! (Other than a mortgage) He put me a ease and listened. It's a great quality to have as opposed to the stereotypical auto salesman. I never liked the whole car buying thing. You always come out of it wondering if you got the lowest price. Honestly I don't know if I did. I knew what I was willing to pay given my studying of what I wanted. This is a business after all. As long as both party have a win/win I'm good with that. I got a great truck because Randy listened and the rest will work itself out For that I am grateful. More
The dealership has great people working there, like John Provenzano. He sold me and my Mom’s cars to us. He’s very knowledgeable about cars. And was a very nice gentleman!
