Went in for an oil change only and it took 2 hours to complete just an oil change. Does not take that long to change oil. When you get here be prepared to wait 10 am to noon isn’t right. The employees were more interested in conversation making between each other than working. Steer clear your better off changing oil your self or taking it to a small town shop or even a different dealer that has the quick lane like ford. And mark Kaye you don’t want to deal with him on trades frank is much better. Mark was pretty rude and said my want for trade value was unrealistic took it to 2 different Dealers they offered me what I was expecting to get this place was $2300 lower than all my offers even Carmax offered me $2300 more I had to go out of my way to Carmax to get an appraisal for them to take it and treat at the Dealer it’s horrible customer service and the fact that four other places offered me what I wanted I had to do the legwork for them to show them that the car had the value that everyone else said it did. A lot of lies and misdirection was tried. My sales representative Tracy is amazing this had nothing to do with the experience with him it was all management and service department. More
I was passing through on my way from Minnesota to Ohio and got a flat tire (hit a screw on I-88). As luck would have it, I pulled of the interstate at this exit and found the dealership. I explained my issue, and they jumped on it to fix my tire, changed to the spare, put the newly repaired tire on the back and got me on my way. Service Advisor was Robert Waltzek. Technician was Jimmy. Did not get his last name. These two, especially Jimmy, provided A+ Customer Service. What could have been a small disaster, turned into a small 30 minute delay More
