My husband and I had a great experience. We told our salesman, Bill, exactly what we needed and he was able to meet our needs. We were shopping for a new SUV and decided on a whim to stop and look at a Jeep Cherokee. We were honest with the receptionist and told her we didn't want to waste a sales person's rotation, as we were ju stop and look at a Jeep Cherokee. He presented the Jeep Cherokee like it was his personal "baby". We had no intention on buying let alone driving a car that day. Between the test drive, demonstration of the car and Nate's enthusiastic presentation.....we looked on Friday and purchased on Monday! When we came in to purchase our total time spent from beginning to end was 2 hours! No fuss no muss and complete professionalism with Nate and Korey (sp?) our financial professional. If our service and personal car experience is equal to our sales experience, we will undoubtedly be a repeat customer. More

My wife and I will buy our next car from River Front Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They went out of there way to find us another car like the one we were looking at. There was another couple looking at a car we were interested in and they said yes before we did. It was a new left over 2010 Challenger. Dave went out of his way to find another one just like it and gave us the same deal on the car that they had on the car on their lot. We live 70 miles away so I asked my home town dealer (Hellers Dodge) if they would find the car for me and give me the same deal that River Front Dodge was doing for us. We had bought three cars from them in the last 10 years. They flat out said no they wouldn't give me the deal that River Front Dodge was giving us and that I should take their deal. River Front Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram went above and beyond to make us happy and that is why we will go back to them and recommend all our family and freinds to shop with them also. More
Rob was very friendly and honest. After I chose the style and color I wanted, Rob attempted to find availability of my car choice. While what I wanted was not available, I did finally buy a car off the lot t and color I wanted, Rob attempted to find availability of my car choice. While what I wanted was not available, I did finally buy a car off the lot that had some upgrades even though it was not my color choice. I am pleased with the car and my only complaint is that it does not have a universal garage door opener. We discovered that after I purchased it but I'll survive. Rob was very nice to do business with. He made sure I was satisified with my decision and he also took a lot of time explaining all the functions of the car, especially the electronic dashboard. I would do business with him again! More
Went to buy a new truck. I feel the sales men did not know the product the best he should. I asked him what rear gear th truck has In it. He supposedly looked it up and told me a 390. I received my build sheet from dodge and it has a 355 gear. I am kinda upset about this and not sure what I can do to get it fixed. Also I wanted to have the factory brake controller installed. He insisted they do not make one for the 1500. But I have since bought it online. Also The total price was more then he finally told me. And he snuck in some extras that I did not want and that cost 4 times more then they should. Also this dealer is charging for wheel locks. I received my build sheet and the wheel locks are included in my build sheet. So I should get a refund from the dealer, pluse tax and the finance charge. One of the extras he snuck in. I had to bring my truck back to the dealer to have it installed. It took 1 hour before they figured out what was going on? Then it took all day to have them install them. The extra is not a mopar part but the sales person assured me that they will say Dodge on them. Well they do not. Other then these little items I was pleased. More
