My boyfriend and I recently purchased two cars from the River Front dealership in Aurora. We worked with great people while we were there who, in our opinion, did everything they could to get us the best deal possible and they did! It was an awesome experience especially for me since it was my first time buying a car completely on my own. We both worked with Rob who is one of the nicest guys we have ever met. You can clearly see that he was working for us and not himself which was a breath of fresh air. He told it to us straight which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. As the the score of "good" for customer service, we were there most of the day, and he did not offer us anything to drink the whole time, he says he did, but I think he was so involved in getting this deal to work that it just never came out of his mouth!
